This notice covers the Soak & Reflect landing page operated by Harcourt Digital | Health & Wellness in Perth, Western Australia. It does not describe every service on our main website.

What we collect and why

When you request the free kit, we record your email address, your first name if you provide it, the submission date and the campaign name or referring website associated with your visit. We also record your optional marketing choice, the wording shown and when and where that choice was recorded. We use this information to manage kit requests, understand how people find the resource and honour your marketing preference. Please do not enter health details or other sensitive information.

The page also records visits, form views, form starts and download-button clicks, together with campaign or referring-website information. It does not use advertising cookies or store your journal answers. Hosting providers may process technical connection information, such as an IP address, to operate and secure the service.

No automatic marketing subscription

The marketing checkbox is optional and unticked by default. If you tick it, you agree to emails from Harcourt Digital with practical wellness tips, new resources and occasional product recommendations, including affiliate links. If you leave it unticked, we do not record marketing permission. Either way, the PDF is available instantly on the page. No welcome email or marketing campaign is sent by this form.

You can withdraw permission at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any future marketing emails must also offer an easy way to unsubscribe. A later request using the same email updates the choice recorded for that address; we do not treat older kit requests as marketing consent.

Storage and service providers

Submitted records are currently stored in a private database on the service hosting this landing page, with access restricted to the administrator. Private backup copies are kept on that hosting service. This is not yet connected to a separate subscriber platform. Providers operating the hosting infrastructure may process information outside Australia. The page requests fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which receive technical connection information when those resources load. We do not sell submitted records or intentionally publish them.

How long records are kept

Kit-only requests with no current marketing opt-in are scheduled for deletion after 90 days, and page-event records after 30 days, through daily maintenance while the service is running, including when it starts. Records with a current marketing opt-in are kept to honour that choice until you withdraw it or request deletion. Private backup copies are scheduled for removal after 30 days. Information may remain in a protected backup until that copy expires. This technical process does not guarantee that locally hosted records will survive a republish.

Access, correction, deletion or a concern

Email [email protected] to ask what information we hold about your kit request, correct it, request deletion or raise a privacy concern. Contact us from the address used for the request where possible; we may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records.
